Koh Tao doesn’t have any hospitals at the moment but many health clinics and doctors offer their services around the island. These clinics are good for smaller accidents and some of them have x-rays as well. The nearest hospital is located in Koh Samui, which in a case of emergency, can be reached in 2 hours by boat.
