Get your buoyancy, trim, and finning techniques up to par on the XR Foundations course! The gear differs from your regular recreational diving kit, but on this course you will learn the why and what for the tech set. Our emphasis is on in-water training, resulting in visible improvements in the divers' skills.

If you choose to do the recreational version of the Foundations, you'll be ready for limited decompression on the SSI XR Nitrox course. You can also choose to aim higher: the Technical XR Foundations course gives you the skills to continue on to accelerated decompression dives on the SSI Extended Range course.
